I’ve always had a love for awesome photography, since my father and grandmother were always taking photos throughout their lives. The way they could capture a special moment, beautiful landscape or someone’s personality on paper always seemed a little bit like magic. Spending time in the darkroom with my grandmother and Dad fascinated me as a child. I went on to get my Bachelor of Arts in Education from Boise State University focusing on Art Education, and I’ve developed that magic in my photography style, which is adventure travel and storytelling.
Whether it’s wildlife, historical architecture or nature at it’s best, anticipating the shot, being ready with the correct equipment and experience allows the magic to be captured.

One of a kind original art piece creation is my passion. I am drawn to the beauty of life and elevate it in works of timeless art in mediums that include transparent watercolor, acrylic, pastel, oil, stone, wood, textiles and glass. I seek to bring light, warmth and hope to the viewer through my glowing and precise style. Original works start with my own photography or on-site experiences.

Your Biggest Moments Captured, Without Interruption
Becki Lee Timson and husband Mike Timson work as a team in photographing weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and other important events in a storytelling journalistic style. Wildlife safaris in Kenya, Botswana, Tanzania, South Africa, Zambia allowed photography of animals and birds in their natural habitats. Other destinations for photography include Egypt, Jordan, Israel, Belgium, France, England, Italy and Alaska.
